Main ingredients: Rose Pedals, Calendula, Mugwort

It is advised to steam 3 times a month, 2 days prior and 1 day following the start of your cycle. It is however not recommended to use the Yoni Steam while pregnant, menstruating, or when an active infection with open wounds/cuts is present. Additionally, it has been reported that steaming could potentially render birth control (IUD) ineffective, so please consult with your doctor before using if you have any reservations. Furthermore, please read the ingredients label of any medications for potential interactions.
