Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact your local postal carrier to submit a claim. KE Naturals isn't responsible for any damages en route due to carriers. 


Refunds

All sales are final. KE Naturals does not accept any returns due to the nature of the products. If you have placed a duplicate order you have 30 minutes of contacting us via email for a cancellation. After 30 mins, we will begin processing your order.

If you believe you have received the wrong item you can always contact us for any questions at info@kenaturals.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
