Processing time is 5-7 business days. All packages are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. International Shipping 6-14 days. Please be patient with your local USPS. KE Naturals is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. KE Naturals is not responsible for customs. Please contact your local USPS for missing/damaged package inquiries.

Body Butter Disclaimer

Shea & Cocoa butter are susceptible to hot and/or warm temperatures so it is important to ensure that you are available to receive your product when it is delivered. If product melts as a result of exposure to extreme temperature, solidify by refrigerating. Product softening does not change benefits to the skin. KE Naturals isn’t responsible for any products that are melted in transit with carriers.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. KE Naturals does not accept any returns due to the nature of the products. If you have placed a duplicate order, you have 30 minutes after placing that order to contact us for a cancellation. Otherwise, we will begin processing your order.
